2024 Pool Sessions Announcement!
We are excited to announce three (3) pool sessions for 2024.
  • Sunday November 17, 2024 - 2pm - 5pm
  • Sunday December 1, 2024 - 2pm - 5pm
  • Sunday December 8, 2024 - 2pm - 5pm
  • Location: Franklin & Marshall College, Harrisburg Avenue, Lancaster, PA 17603
  • Non-military and those without disabilities will be charged $10 per session.
  • Fees will be waived for those who volunteered between October 1st 2023 - October 1st 2024. Exact cost will be determined on an individual basis.
  • ALL GEAR MUST BE CLEANED AND FREE OF LOOSE DEBRIS. WE WILL BE PERFORMING INSPECTIONS PRIOR TO ANY GEAT ENTERING THE POOL. THIS IS FOR MORE THAN KAYAKS, THINK ABOUT SHOES AND PFD AS WELL.

​As an employee of Penn State Health, Steve was able to apply for a community grant. This year we requested funds for pool sessions. The funds will allow us to host pool sessions from Jan-April 2025. Due to the rising costs of pool sessions at all local venues we were struggling to find the funds but now we can move forward and concentrate on getting more butts in boats!

Jennifer Love Is Our 2024 OJT Paddler
 Jennifer Love is our OJT paddler this year with the goal of standing-up a new chapter in the Harrisburg area. Her paddling skills lean heavily toward more challenging whitewater - something I’m no longer able to lead. With her on board, our Vets and volunteers will have the opportunity to further their skills and get out on some of the most beautiful waterways in the East!
